What we collect
From business owners: the name, business name, email address and business type you submit through our contact form, used only to set up and operate your ReviewNote account.
From your customers: anonymous review sessions — star ratings, selected highlight chips, and the generated review text. We do not collect customer names, emails, accounts, or precise locations. Customers post reviews themselves on Google; we never post on anyone's behalf.
How we use it
Lead details are used to contact you about your setup. Review session data powers your dashboard (ratings, trends) and the AI that drafts review suggestions. We do not sell data to third parties.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your lead details or your business data at any time by emailing help@reviewnote.app.
